These services offered in the circuit are; Hearing Therapy, Personal Development Planning, Mentoring and Work Placement. EPBWN is privileged to have qualified people who facilitate and conduct these services and consultations.
Hearing Therapy
Involves conducting a conversation in a way that makes one speak and feel what is deep inside of them which in the end enables one to gain insight of what is going on inside them. Hearing Therapy is therefore a tool that enables one to clarify their current needs and priorities.
Personal Development Planning
Personal Development Planning allows one to reflect on their own learning, performance and achievements. It allows one to plan their personal, educational and career development and ensures that they record their achievements for future reference.
Mentoring and Work Placement Programme
Through this Program one is assisted to discover their hidden potential and achieve success in accomplishing the goals they have set in their Personal Development Plan In addition, members are assisted to link them with organisations or individuals that can offer them opportunities to use their skills and thus improve their curriculum vitae.
